Bini Games is a Ukrainian product company with a portfolio of over 30 educational apps for kids. We employ over 250 passionate professionals handling a complete development cycle from idea generation to app development and promotion in the global markets on iOS/tvOS (Apple Store) and Android (Google Play Store). Over a million people in the Americas, Asia, and Europe use our
apps.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Searching for growth points for company products;
— Building a monetization strategy for new products;
— Testing and optimizing current onboarding and paywalls;
— Monitoring competitors and market trends in terms of monetization;
— Conducting pricing and monetization model experiments;
— Tracking product monetization metrics and alerting relevant stakeholders in case of anomalies;
— Monitoring monetization policies and ad networks, making product changes as needed, and involving necessary personnel;
— Tracking new monetization features from third parties;
— Preparing presentations and reports on work results and plans.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— Experience in managing monetization of various products;
— Experience with purchases and subscriptions;
— Understanding of monetizing mobile F2P projects, and economic cycles;
— Understanding of subscription systems and motivational systems;
— Knowledge of product metrics and how to influence them;
— Skill in working with analytical systems;
— Knowledge of the specifics of mobile app development and store rules;
— Understanding of optimizing onboarding and paywalls to increase conversion;
— Experience in cross-functional teams;
— Understanding of the backend side of applications;
— Initiative and proactivity;
— Entrepreneurial mindset and business orientation;
— Good presentation skills.
