Country Manager - Nepal, Pakistan, Shri Lanka

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in each country.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations governing the gambling industry.

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team across the three countries, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and community leaders.

• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, financial performance, and key performance indicators to ensure profitability and sustainability.

• Brand Promotion: Drive brand awareness and marketing initiatives tailored to each country's audience.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the gambling or gaming industry, with a focus on regional markets.

• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business objectives.

• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
