What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Word Games
• Platforms: iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development;

• Lead and guide the game development team;

• Creating gaming products and developing strategies for their growth; 

• Identifying and implementing ways to improve product economics and monetization; 

• Launching A/B tests and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses;

• Collaborating closely with product analytics and metrics; 

• Conducting market research and seeking ideas to enhance existing gameplay;

• Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in game development;

• Strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release;

• Excellent team management skills;

• Deep understanding of gaming metrics, LiveOps, and effective monetization strategies;

• Proficient in core game mechanics, user retention techniques, and player psychology.
