We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our mobile gaming team in the Real Money Gaming (RMG) sector. You will take ownership of key analytical initiatives, lead product optimization efforts, and mentor a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights. For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Key Responsibilities:
Analytical Leadership:
Lead a team of analysts or work independently to deliver data-driven recommendations.
Drive the analytical strategy for optimizing product performance, user engagement, and revenue.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks.
Data Integration & Analysis:
Manage and maintain data pipelines using tools like Superset, ClickHouse, Airbyte, Airflow, DBT, and SQL (or similar technologies).
Oversee the integration and optimization of conversion funnels, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.
Develop advanced data models and dashboards for real-time insights.
Product Optimization:
Lead the evaluation and enhancement of product metrics to boost growth and engagement.
Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests for multiple product features.
Ensure data-backed validation of UX changes, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
User Segmentation & Personalization:
Develop and refine user segmentation strategies to enhance personalization and targeting.
Optimize pricing models, offers, and placement strategies based on detailed user behavior analysis.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX teams to align analytics with business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a data-driven mindset across the team.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.

Key Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience leading a product as a Lead Analyst or as a Senior Analyst in a team environment.
Hands-on experience in product metrics optimization, including designing and analyzing A/B tests.
A strong track record of driving data strategies that result in measurable product success.
Expertise in user segmentation, performance analysis, and personalized strategy development.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with tools like Superset, ClickHouse, Airbyte, Airflow, DBT (or similar).
Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics is a plus.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts while driving a culture of excellence and innovation.
Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
