Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager for a leading conversational AI tutor for children. The client is seeking a skilled Paid User Acquisition Manager, a master of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and mobile ad networks, to help scale their growing international business and educational impact.
This gamification mobile app lets children practice spoken English by conversing with a virtual AI-powered cartoon character. With its engaging virtual character, speech technology, and adaptive learning, this product is making speaking practice affordable for 500 million children around the globe. It is the second largest kid’s language app globally, featured in 50+ countries on the App Store and Google Play every week.
As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will drive profitable growth and invite millions of new families to boost their kids’ learning with the app by scaling existing UA channels and unlocking new ones, all while navigating the challenging and regulated space of apps for children.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Manage traffic acquisition across platforms such as Google, Meta, and video networks.
Work with creative assets, running a cycle of hypothesis generation, testing, analysis, and recommendations.
Oversee campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $300,000, including launching and testing new hypotheses.
Stay updated on the latest UA trends, tools, and techniques to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
Work with the Head of the Performance Marketing team in close cooperation with the Creative production team, including managing YouTube channels.
Engage external contractors as needed.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Mobile UA Expertise: 5+ years in mobile UA (subscription-based apps preferred, freemium games minimum; apps/games for children a plus).
Top UA Channels Mastery: 3+ years each in Google Ads, Meta ads, and video ad networks.
Scaling Experience: Successful experience in scaling UA:
Minimum: From several dozen thousand to over $500K of monthly ad spend
Ideally: From $100K-$500K to over a million in monthly spending
UA and Data Engineering: Skills and experience in using UA platforms, MMPs, and Data platform APIs to create dashboards and automate UA processes.
Creative Engineering: Experience in the process of creative asset optimization, working directly with creative teams.
Use of AI: Experience in the use of AI tools in UA processes.
Agile Execution: Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment where you’ll continuously optimize for performance and adapt strategies as needed.
Proactive: Self-driven and results-oriented.
Global Ambition: Experience in scaling international multi-language apps, or at least B1 English language proficiency.
Web-to-app or web-to-web experience is a huge plus!
