For which tasks (responsibilities)?
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Junior Technical Artist to join our remote team and support the integration of game assets into our production pipeline.
Your work will directly influence the visual quality and stability of a top-tier mobile title used by millions of players.
This role focuses on implementing and polishing ready-made content inside Unity and Shiva, ensuring technical accuracy, performance, and consistency across the project.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
What you’ll need to be successful (competencies):
Practical, hands-on experience with Unity (personal or commercial projects).
Understanding of:
Unity scene structure, prefabs, and prefab variants
Materials and shaders (basic)
LOD systems
Optimization for mobile (performance, memory, batching)
Ability to follow a structured pipeline and deliver clean, organized work.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliability in communication and meeting deadlines.
At least one completed commercial or student project where you handled asset implementation.
At least B1 level of English.
Skills Not required but highly valued:
Basic experience in Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
Understanding of mesh and texture optimization techniques.
Experience working with game environments.
Familiarity with version control (Git/SVN/Plastic SCM).
Basic coding knowledge for simple integrations or debugging.
